Adam’s a UBC student in beautiful Vancouver, BC, Canada. He’s a Biochemistry major (read: nerd and proud of it) so he’s busy admiring how the Maillard reaction makes freshly baked bread…so…good… Yeah. Living the life.
In his free time he enjoys playing ball hockey, watching the Canucks and Whitecaps, and of course, writing about food!
Favourite foods: Japanese, Indian, Pakistani, Turkish, Greek, but pretty much anything that tastes good and uses incredible ingredients.
